At 30 Degrees, your satisfaction with our wearable art is important. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange Claim: All claims for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of your receipt of delivery. To begin the process, please contact our customer service team at support@30degrees.shop with your order details and reason for the return/exchange. In cases where the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a return shipping label.

You and 30 DEGREES agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the federal or state courts of Fulton County, Georgia, USA. You waive any claim that such courts constitute an inconvenient forum.
